Leaking Pipes around Hot Water Tank

Bottom one may just be from the top one dripping onto it if it's directly below.
The top pipe looks deformed at the point where it enters the compression fitting. If that's the case you'll need a new section of pipe as it'll never seal properly as is and tightening it will likely make it worse.
Edit: just looked at the photo on the laptop rather than the phone and I can see now that the bottom one isn't below the top joint, so that's definitely a separate leak.
As above, I'd get a plumber to deal with it unless you're confident enough to be able to be able to resolve it all including draining down and soldering new pipework in without leaving yourself with no heating or hot water.

Be especially careful with the pipe entering the tank.
The tank wall can be as weak as wet bog roll where the pipe enters it.
Do not apply any turning force to the tank wall fitting..
Let a plumber break it might be the best bet if you don't have the skills.
As the others have said the pipe entering the three way valve looks bad enough to replace as well.
