But wtf you need more than 500. More like 800 to live around there.
What’s wrong with that one? It looks good for £500k to me (although I don’t know the area).

It’s been on the market for months, so perhaps will sell for less?
Absolutely nothing. It was the first one that popped up that thought I'd view if I wanted to live in that area.

My house is very similar, but 4 beds and was in this price bracket 2 years ago. Further out of London though.

Im suprised how quickly it gets expensive the closer to London you get.

This is a couple of miles from me. Glorious house just a little out of my league but would be all over that like a tramp on chips if i had the cash to refurb.

Very pleasant but cannot be a wide audience to sell on to after a refurb that would spend that sort of cash to live in Morley.

Am I being an idiot here but it looks like you can't access the kitchen from the rest of the house when looking at the floor plan, pics don't help either?1

Not valued yet, but this will be offers over +/- £350k. (rare to get anything near £500k here)

Has to be said, 50% of the cost is for the view:

Some thing doesn't add up, 152sqm gross internal floor plan. It just doesn't look that big despite the attic rooms.

550 so over budget, but if 10% over is ok in the 1-5 large barge thread...

Fairly near me - the road it's on is usually mega money (for Hyde - remember Dr Shipman?).
Great plot with long distance views too, maybe not as good as Steve Carter's above though...

That looks fantastic value, getting upstairs looks awkward though.
