That would be fantastic, I am getting nowhere so far...
Where are you based again?
Near Bingham in Nottinghamshire, thanks.
I'll ask my FIL, he lives in Bingham.

He's a retired sparky but they are away at the moment.

I'll see if he knows anyone he would recommend.

Just called my uncle, his firm would do it if they weren't so busy but they are flat out at the moment. I'm sure someone will assist though.

All sorted - I have a firm coming out this afternoon and we will hopefully get back on track!

The Urgent Electrician thread worked!

I know a guy. He usually works in London so if he's not working, would be able to travel. Will drop him a line and get back to you.

ETA - didn't see the above! Glad it's sorted thumbup

The same as it was on Monday! we need the pipes plumbed in before we can fill it any more or else it would just pour out of the holes!

Piping taking shape now though...

It was also very strange when I called another firm (before finding these) to be told I had spoken to them ten minutes ago (I hadn't).

I then got a phone call from Space Jockey (Francesca's Godfather) and found out he had called them trying to help! laugh

I have been watching this tread from the beginning.

Not a lot I can say that has not been said before. I am often criticised for constantly pushing things forward, so this thread really speaks to me. I have much admiration for you and how you are going about this OP.

What will we all do when it is finished and the thread activity cools down?

Can we at least all agree that none of us will post "worst, I own a swimming pool post ever" when the OP mentions it in future threads?

We'll all be equally captivated by Julian's new but somewhat shorter thread 'How to teach your daughter to swim to Olympic standards in 5 days'

Glad it's going well again, you deserve it to for the effort you're putting in.
