Yep, rain is seriously making it difficult today. It is absolutely pouring down.

Shouldn't there be a lifejacket being worn there and a lifeguard in attendance with a safety craft. It's a deathtrap, mark my words.

The builders are already dropping like flies (or was it dropping their flies, I forget?) we can't afford to lose any more.

It's raining sideways here in Notts this morning. Doubt the guys will make any progress today. The pool might fill up though.
It's bloody grim. Cold and wet. We are sat in the van waiting for the rain to stop.

biggrin

Obviously a reflection in the window. That pic did not get close to showing the rain being as hard as it was. It seems to be slowing down now though...

Let's be positive - more rain = less hosepipe use.... It's filling the pool for free!

It's just a shame the rain isn't heated.

Good shout, I installed a couple of Bose Free space 51 speakers in a neighbours garden a little while ago and 4 of those would sound great without breaking the bank. Able to be half buried, hidden in shrubbery and weatherproof all year round.
That's a bit cheeky. Do you have to ask him to turn it up to 11 so you can hear it? To be honest I don't like my neighbours music taste and I doubt he likes mine.

We got a few more days of weather like this, can't you put a marquee over it so you don't get bogged down?

Edited add - three of these will cover it cheaply and they have a store in Hucknall https://www.jtf.com/garden-marquee-gazebo-party-te...

Should you not move your BBQ & outside furniture - all of the dust combined with rain will be a pita to clean.
