This, being serious. There comes a point where you have to say "if you need to ask the question, perhaps you should be paying someone competent to do it for you".

Install a joist 2400mm from the wall, then subsequent joists every 400mm either way from the centre of it; that will work for chipboard t&g and also 2400 x 1200 plasterboards and give you a nice solid floor. Google 'noggins' as well.
