Someone *chose* to put down shiny black floor tiles and thought those rugs and that furniture were a good idea. Can you imagine how dark, cold and charmless it feels on a winter's evening with the rain lashing against the windows?

Can you tell I don't much care for it?
Shiny black tile flooring is all the rage these days amongst people who think they can do interior design after they read one magazine article on Coleen Rooney.

Bonus insane bedroom photo number 9. Number 11 being the guest sex room, with the obligatory black and silver chaise longue and huge corset on the wall !?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?

There are an awful lot of people who will think that looks fantastic.

Milton Keynes has many but Brentwood has more.

Don't think for one moment the new inhabitant will hate the decor, chances are they will want to buy it with all the fixtures and fittings.

That last one is just astounding to someone used to London pricing.
Does tend to highlight that the problem in the UK is not that property is too expensive but that there are too many jobs in the South East and not enough out in the regions.
That'll change pretty soon with Brexit. Don't mean to turn this into a Brexit debate, however we are starting to see people "Brexited" out of their jobs and into Europe in some of our property. We are not alone in this either.

It's West Yorkshire. A sex pond in the living room, a stripper pole in the bedroom, a few more TVs and bosch, the whole set up of having each room resemble a sales zone in Dwell comes together nicely?
The green bits of W Yorks are generally lovely, although of course many of the urban parts are anything but.

The agent could do with a lesson in geography as "in this lovely rural setting to the east of the Yorkshire Dales National Park" is just a tad wrong: the property is in fact located SSW of the Dales and it's over an hour's drive to the nearest point in the Park!

Yup. Trouble is that those jobs will migrate from the South East and will take some pressure away but pretty much every region around the South East is economically under utilised and is steadily being drained of talent and wealth potential by the excessive draw of the 'London'.

Even with the jobs that will leave London there will remain massive economic migration from the regions and what is needed is a better plan than giving those remain access to Wonga so as to bridge the lack of earning capacity. The only long term solution is to actually, genuinely replace the jobs that went with the decline of industry and that can only be done by financially incentivising firms to relocate whatever staff pools and divisions they can outside of London.

And to think, if any previous Government had chosen to move real jobs to the regions and foster real economic growth instead of taking the quick and somewhat short term fix of letting them borrow money in lieu of wages then we wouldn't have seen the meteoric rise of the wealth divide and the subsequent blaming of foreigners and the result of Brexit.

BBQ for one and cooked at the end of the garden by the staff.

All the hallmarks of a home lived in by an oligarch and his exquisite house boy?
