Jesus that last pic! rofl

I don’t see how if that house is worth 12m that a car park can be there! How can that be a commercially viable use for that land?!
That is a very funny example of how the world has changed.

Do you get the car park in the purchase and if so can you build on it?
What's funny is people complaining on here when someone posts a house that has no parking.
Your guests would have to pay and display though.

I love it.
Pics taken on the only dry day that month? Nice idea but I do wonder how often you'd be able to use the facilities like that. Seems alot maybe?

You’re paying for the view/location. The house (interior and exterior) is nothing special.

Now I like Pembrokeshire, Pembroke Castle is one of the best to visit and Manorbier so attractive, but I can't see myself there in the infinity pool watching the tankers go in and out of Milford Haven.

Cary Grants house is up at $12M. Ocean front and unusually not that close to the neighbor.
Was also at other times owned by Grace Kelly, Howard Hughes, Irving Berlin, Woolworth heiress Barbara Hutton, model and actress Sharon Tate and Randolph Scott. I guess no one lived there too long due to the noise biggrin

With those stairs and brickwork it looks like a provincial polytechnic.

Let's come back next year and see what sort of job someone's made of the car park extension.

Annecy is a lovely part of the world.... The lake. Short drive to the Alps and to Geneva.... Yes!

It is, my brother has a ski chalet there and I've played golf with him at Annecy Golf course. Perhaps I should alert him to this place!

Lots of good climbing out that way, I could cope with Pembrokeshire I think.

When it's sunny you're on the beach and when the weather turns you should be able to find some surf, especially over at Freshwater West. Tenby isn't bad and there's a posh chippy at Saundersfoot. Pembrokeshire is lovely.
