They are just the first of many things you need to look past.

Today I'm giving Dartmouth a rest, and heading to Topsham, which is quite posh, but has recently had an Aldi open up, so it's not all bad. wink

This has dual listing from the same agent, the second being as "land" so there this the possibility the house will end up getting knocked down, which I think would be a bit of a shame...

Not sure I would go there before some of the other places for similar money that get listed here, but I do like it.

Plottastic mate.
I'd like to think that it won't end up like the block of flats above it in the picture I kept above...

I quite like it as it is...

NINETY SIX PHOTOS???

Particularly like the close up of the ornamental camel in #13. The other 95. Meh.

Sold, but peachy. Especially like the working clock tower. Assume first comment will be "I bet that floods".

Love that, great (belated) find.

Oh, sorry: "I bet that floods."

Now I know this does not look like Real Estate Pawn on initial viewing of the photos, but I am trying to look past the amateur photo and description! So much so I am viewing next week! I keep being drawn back to this place so if nothing else it will satisfy my curioisity!

Should be in the real estate nightmares thread really...

Like I said I am trying to see beyond it all. I am curious to see if it has potential!

I think they're snaps rather than photos.

I'm glad there were a dozen or so of the pool cover. They were helpful.

I think a bulldozer and couple of grab lorries should help sort most of the issues there.

£1.25 million in Ranvilles Lane, wow.
Needs a decent wedge spent getting it together as well.
Sorry but just don't see any value in that, the area is really nothing special and there are dozens of properties in the local countryside that I'd prefer.
Each to their own and all that.

Has everything i want...Just the right size, not too big. Lovely grounds and plenty of garage space.

Yep....This will do just nicely.
My parents sent me a link to a house they're going to view.....It's only the one I posted a while back! hehe

Not sure how much but this would do nicely. 130 acres.

Id imagine £10m+ though.

Looks like a lot was spent inside, which is a shame as you'd have to rip it all out.

It's not that ruff surely? You'd be barking mad to rip it all out. Just paws for a minute, and think about it...

From the advert... (He looks like a good boy.)
