Milford Haven. Haven for what I'm not sure...
It’s a National Trust sanctuary for Milfords isn’t it? Which I’ve always assumed are those Neolithic hominids you can see scuttling around there?

not sure of current situation, but that had conditions on it depending how much you paid, due to the terms of the restoration...

pay less, but have to open to the public xx days a year,
pay more and get full ownership

difference was a number of millions

I would be tempted to ride roughshod over the listing and paint it. Do Farrow & Ball do a Barad-dûr Black?

in the middle of the night do you

a) walk upstairs to pee
b) walk downstairs to pee
c) pee off the terrace?

Didn’t it transpire a few years back that the PH standard procedure is to use the kitchen kettle?

Having been away for a couple of weeks, I spotted that on my usual Rightmove trawl but checked back to see if anyone had posted it. You didn't get the attention this deserves!

Fortunately that's the original spiral staircase as a feature and no longer needs to be used.

Nice views from the top. I went round this back in 2009 when it was up for auction from Severn Trent; it sold for about £300k, I believe, and the buyer spent a while obtaining planning consent to convert it into residential accommodation before then hawking it around with planning for ~£400k. I suspect it didn't sell and it's the same chap who has ended up converting it.

It's big, and clearly has scope for further conversion because the old tank room hasn't been done yet. But it's on a plot not much bigger than the tower's footprint and has a narrow access road from Cromwell Lane (at least it's not properly shared, though I think there are pedestrian rights into the grounds for some of the neighbours). Overall, it may be unique but I don't think it's worth the price. Looks like the seller is trying to recover the costs of purchase, holding for 9 years, getting planning and the conversion which will not have been cheap.

You'd have to really like bare concrete as well given how much is on display in the interior. A bit of a niche purchase.

It's on an industrial yard/estate overlooking the M62.

Shame.
