It's on an industrial yard/estate overlooking the M62.

Shame.

Doesn't look very industrial to me. Seems to be set in farmland.

It is just shy of 500m from the M62 though. Pity.

Rightmove have it here.

I assumed its the building at the top left.

I hope it's where you suggested. It's a nice building and deserves a better setting.

It's too close to the motorway though, regardless.

It is where I posted - I eyeballed it off streetview. RM often have the location a bit off (usually it's just postcode centre).

It's to the N/E of the pin on rightmove. Looking at the floorplan it's only part of the overall building.

Ignore my earlier enthusiasm for this one, the location isn't an issue but the weird nature of all the joined buildings and the prospect of neighbours would be a huge turn-off.

Is that some sort of weird semi-detached setup? It's an odd layout that's for sure. I'd want the whole building before spending a lot of cash doing up an old heap like that.

Yeah you'd not expect a house like that to be 20 feet from another property.

To be fair, it's not on the fast road, nor overlooked - it is the overlooking property on the top of the hill (RM map is wrong, shows a local farm / business).

Other points stand though.

I don't get having a bath, or any bathroom elements in a bedroom.

Agreed - I find it quite off-putting.

Bedrooms are for beds, and bathrooms are for baths.

Yep, multi-millionaire 'comedian' and TV presenter enjoys marriage with well endowed multi-millionaire underwear and bikini model and produces child who has every opportunity in life and probably has great relationships with both.

Having a Dad who is currently the world's favourite children's author must be a ball ache when you're 5. Life must be dull. My heart bleeds!

He's over 6ft tall, does that bed look long enough for him?

And wouldn't he hit his head getting on board.
