Ironically, considering the agent it's neither Fine, nor in the Country.

A house that spans the plot to within inches of the boundary. Ugh.

Not particularly impressive. Must be near a Premier League training ground.
No Premier League teams in Birmingham but that was my first thought too, footballers do tend to live round Solihull way

I love pretty much love everything about this. In my home town of Southwell, Notts.

Until not that many years ago it was rendered, what moron would bury that beautiful brickwork?!

That's very special. Although the alignment of the windows vs the gables is one for the teeth-itch thread. It feels you can practically read the evolution of the house through the brickwork. They've done a stunning job on that. Definitely labour of love.

Just found the 'rendered' view from a few years back. Where the hell did the rainwater go?
On the subject of it being a labour of love.....

We've been around mum and dads tonight, and chatted about this place. Apparently the renovation was such a labour of love, that they're divorcing, hence why they're now selling!

I get your angle, but surely anyone who doesn't know them has no interest in sleuthing them, and anyone who knows them is likely aware? If the consensus is that it is breaching their privacy of course I shall happily delete.

I also think that you should delete it, to be honest.

Surely that must have partly relied on bits of information being publicly available?

Agree, it's rather devoid of taste, very Kerry Katona.

A bit "glossy", but way better than the average conversion - the building lends itself well to it, so none of the usual windows sliced in half etc.

Is agree. Overall it’s nice and as you say, it’s unusual to find one of these conversions where the developer hasn’t made a hash of how to work around the windows.

Very nice. Shame it doesn’t appear to have much curtilage, though maybe not essential,in this location.

I think I know that property. The current owner has one hell of a car collection.

Not sure this fits the pawn bill, but loved the quirkiness of this one:

2 beds for £5m is a little punchy though!

Agent can't count and making it smaller than it is. Even I can see 3 bedrooms on the layout.

Yep, not sure I could persuade myself that £5m couldn't be spent better elsewhere......
