If I had a go-kart track in the back garden I'd need on-site medical facilities!
That's what the helipad is for. To enable the air ambulance to land.

Italian house is a perfect combination of "Ah Mr Bond. Such a shame our first meeting will also be our last" and "Hello Dude, I'm Jackie Treehorn".

Looks like something left over from the Guns of Navarone.

The bill of materials on the about page is a little odd. Not sure I'm that concerned about how many pounds of concrete and wood were used to build it. Presumably speaks to the sort of buyer they're after, who needs to ostentatiously boast about how much went into building their house.

This ain't overlooking the beach at Skeggy. It's the location you're paying for

It looks like the BBC massively overpaid Dipsy, Lara and Po.

Weirdly, there’s a picture of the average PH stair dominator riding an ox in the bedroom.

I'm really struggling to find a box that this house doesn't tick. Its oh so very PH...triple garage......go kart track anyone?

Cart track is cool, kitchen is ok the rest, meh. Its a big, well appointed house but completely lacks any sort of character or style.
My grandfather loaned the owner of that house some money to buy another taxi back in the late 60's - it was considered "quite a high risk profession" back then and none of the banks would help him. He went on to do school buses and a coach travel company in the end, before it was sold to a private equity company about 10 years ago.

It's been on the market for a few years now. Besides the amenities, it's not actually that unique - there are a lot of modern mansions all over Northern Ireland, and a lot of them built with dirty money.

In fairness to our Northern Irish chums, that applies to lots of other parts of the UK too, especially London and some of the other less salubrious bits.

In this case with justification.

I can only imagine the person describing it as having the potential for "top class restaurants and bars" has never actually been to Pembroke Dock

Much as I love the area, and I sincerely do having spent time living on Queen Street, this is laughable

Cheers

Why not? It needs a huge pile of cash spending on it.
