Seems cheap for its location - surprised little j-bieb isn’t prancing round the pool. Just for $5,288,000

That would do me.
Large garage, pool, entertaining area and views.
I don't need much more than than that.
Agreed. Good-sized property, lovely part of the south west, I'd happily take that as a forever house if I was semi-retired, maybe able to work remotely for a few days a week (and had a few more £££ in the bank than I do now).Large garage, pool, entertaining area and views.
I don't need much more than than that.
"Extensive parking for numerous cars" is also a bonus.

So in this photo, the bit you're actually buying is the section hidden behind the tree? Rrrrright...The pillarbox windows on the top floor aren't terribly appealing, either.

I've done a charity ride a few times that ends at the pub just before the bridge to Hayling Island. I wouldn't say I know the area well, but I do a little. It always struck me as being very built up around there. I'd want to be in one of the beautiful villages a few miles North, although nothing takes my fancy that is available currently...Gassing Station | Homes, Gardens and DIY | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
