Agreed. Good-sized property, lovely part of the south west, I'd happily take that as a forever house if I was semi-retired, maybe able to work remotely for a few days a week (and had a few more £££ in the bank than I do now).

"Extensive parking for numerous cars" is also a bonus.

It's a lot "cheaper" in the hills, beachfront esp a dry beach (still sand at high tide) and the costs shoot up.

I've done a charity ride a few times that ends at the pub just before the bridge to Hayling Island. I wouldn't say I know the area well, but I do a little. It always struck me as being very built up around there. I'd want to be in one of the beautiful villages a few miles North, although nothing takes my fancy that is available currently...
