This one has recently been done up, I think. Definitely a (fairly local) favourite of mine!

Very nice. But I can't imagine having a sauna in your billiard room will do much for your antique billiard table.https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prop...

Quite like this one too, but would probably ditch the stables for more garaging!

If having your own tennis court is a bit 'council', how about your own cricket ground:

You are near me, I still prefer the one slightly out in Crowborough for that price: https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prop...https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prop...

I've decided that I need to live somewhere where a drone is required to give it some aerial perspective.

If you like that kind of thing there are 8 houses the "right side". One is National Trust, the other 7 are private. One owned by a car dealer (okay he owned a national chain of dealerships), another by a very good music producer, another by a chairmain of a multinational construction co. and another by a retired racing driver. One more by a Dame and another by a fruit processing family. The last one is "still in the family" and the last is now now a private split ownership. There are a couple more hidden out the way, ie. <£5m, one of which is an amazing Bond type house that still has river access at low tide, full tide you could use a mini-sub
My personal favorite is on the "wrong side" and a bit upstream towards Sharpham. Lottery win needed to buy it, excavate 1000sqm underneath and put in main services though!

^ That house isn't to my taste, but I do like the in-flight bald eagle shot. Wonder if it is genuine or superimposed?
Not sure if you're being sarcastic or not but assuming you mean the one with the fish I'm pretty sure no photoshop was required as the eagles are as real as the bears climbing the tree in the following pic.21TonyK said:
