Glimpse from the road. It really is quite unique in its setting. Id love to see the land map and see what land it has

Access doesn't seem great either. Unless I'm missing something, the house is more than a mile down this narrow gravel track off this narrow lane.

I noticed that too, not ideal road for your Bentley Continental T :/

ETA it appears to more or less go right to the front door

The other way in appears to be even rougher! although honestly, id love that! Trade the T in for a LRRR :P

More pictures, been reduced quite drastically. Rightmove says its sold/Withdrawn

Also this listing states 105 hectares, where as the one originally linked states 10.5 I wonder which it is? Judging by the google eart, id expect it to be be more like the 105
http://www.uniqueliving.com/100386004611/10-bed-vi...

and another listing, couple of other photos, also stating 105 hectares, thats 259 acres to you and I!

They both say 105ha in the text, but then 105,000m2 in the stats. 105,000m2 is only 10.5ha, not 105. (1 hectare is 100m x 100m, ie 10,000m2)

In any case, this thread is about "property porn" not some derelict old farm in the middle of nowhere! hehe
some people like granny porn!
That’s right, they do. But that knackered old farm with no land is the equivalent of granny porn featuring a prolapsed smashed in back door.

Agreed, except for the breakfast area wall clock in pic 9, but one would imagine they will take that with them, so overall it'll do.

I rather like pic 19 with the place to the north east simply called ‘The Wilderness’.

Made all the more bleak by the assumption that, even though it's in Staffordshire, you'll want to spend the rest of your time in London.

Back in the 70s the Pod only had very basic facilities, like stting directly into a cess pit. Olney pubs would provide much comfort during the evenings.
