Ok...what do you all think of this? Bit unusual as there aren't many town centres houses with their own mini island!

In this thread's top five for me, of places I'd actually want to live in. Love it.

This place has clearly been loved and looked after. By someone with serious mental health issues.

Not sure if it's the towel draped over the bidet or the giant virgin Mary that knocks it out the ballpark. A special kind of mental.

That's the first time I've ever seen an estate agent photographer reflected in a mirror. (picture 9) Normally they seem to take massive pains to prevent this. It would seem in this case the guy thought - 'lets gets the snap and get the fk out of here...'

And I don't blame him at all!

You can just tell the sort of person that currently occupies that property.

Can you imagine the estate agent turning up and trying to show it in a positive light.

Couple of local ones to me. Might need a Euromillions win first though:

Quite handy for Caffeine & Machine.

This one ticks loads of boxes but map view does seem to show farm buildings and barns very close to the perimeter of the property:

Put the second house on the first plot and I’ll take it!

I reckon old Italian lady.

Not sure what's weirder on the bedroom. God-bothering statue or gigantic mesh bowling pin/dildo

In the initial blurb, I've lost my copy and pasting skills but if you search Kenilworth it come up pretty high in the listing.

Didn't sell in the first two weeks so they put the price up.

Kenilworth is considered quite posh but I'd still say that's optimistic for a 4 bed terrace with a council triple garage. It's in a decent Kenilworth position close to the castle so I suppose they are after that "one" buyer who just has to be there.

BTW how do you find the previous price changes on RM - I can't see it on the desktop version.

Chrome extension, property tracker - https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/property...

Then look for the blue, green and red arrows next to property prices, mouse hover over the arrows. Sometime wait a few seconds for them to load.
