Chrome extension, property tracker - https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/property...

Then look for the blue, green and red arrows next to property prices, mouse hover over the arrows. Sometime wait a few seconds for them to load.

I think this one would do me very nicely after a slight bit of redecoration.

ETA - though I am wondering why there are no kitchen or bathroom pics.

They didn't bother with such fripperies in days of yore.

Anything similar for Firefox? I'm struggling to find it.

The kitchen they use seems to be tiny (13x10) in comparison with the house. The former kitchen in the basement is much larger but apparently empty. A usable and appropriately sized 20c kitchen would need to be addressed and it might involve structural work if that would be allowed.
I'd love to know how much Scottish properties actually go for as 895 seems a steal. I realise its offers over but how much over?
Otherwise its lovely.

On digging I recall a thing called property bee but that seems no more. Otherwise I didn't find a mozilla equivalent.

3h40 from Berwick to Kings Cross, then a drive. Very doable for a weekly commute. The London studio flat would cost as much again smile

That's the first time I've ever seen an estate agent photographer reflected in a mirror. (picture 9) Normally they seem to take massive pains to prevent this. It would seem in this case the guy thought - 'lets gets the snap and get the fk out of here...'

And I don't blame him at all!
He certainly wanted out of the house quickly.

Maybe he had just had his fortune told.

That’s the second time the Mail have reported the Aston Martin Residences. The first time they pulled the right picture from the property web site. This time not so.
This is from the AM Residences site.

It's nice, but for a million £ 'ooop North' and want something which hadn't got walls attached to numerous other people, a garden, and a garage.

Not sure if this has featured before? It was owned by a close friends Dad, I've been there many times.

It is a flood risk mind, and it has been got before.

Walked past it a few times, and always had a bit of a nosy into the garden. (Handy being tall.)

I'm divided. But erring towards liking it.

The flood risk worries me, it's a fair drop to the river though...
