I’m not sure what’s worse; the house or the agent’s hair piece.
The house edges it - the hacienda look is so last century hehe

Not usually my thing but I know and love the area so perhaps its overruling my normal tastes.

Super modern barn conversion;

Big negative is that its in a cluster of some other houses and not stuck out on its own.

Or the fact you'll be in the same neighbourhood as those lovely Kardashians. The agent's syrup is wonderful I agree.
I was disappointed when I clicked on the 'Reach Out' button (top right) it didn't play the Four Tops.
i think it electrocutes the Agent, by the state of his syrup.
laugh you guys are just jealous of the CA weather, just admit it..

Agreed - why couldn't they have used flush white LED lights that blend in with the ceiling, and better radiators? For almost 4 million, you would think that the developers would have thought about the details.

A lot of money for just one reception room in the main house.

I just struggle to see how it couple be made to feel more homely, and less like one of those rural shared office complexes.

And I can't not see the downlighters now, so thanks for that.

Agreed it'd take some imagination and skill.

Or you could just pop your reception desk by the stairs.

£20 panel rads from the local builders' merchants. Poor effort, must do better at that price.

It looks like an office block. & I normally like the modern barn conversion look.

Quite agree. It’s totally characterless; more suited to a business park.

Far too many windows, especially upstairs. no balance or symmetry in their placement in comparison to the lower windows. total architect fail.

It's like Piccadilly Circus up and down the Exumas, so no thanks.

This is how to do it:

Build what you want - but make it hurricane proof down there. Ask me how I know frown

The photography looks a little less "polished", but I could get on board I suppose.
