Wouldn’t say celebrity, but others may disagree given the number of hits/ subscribers on YouTube. I only worked it out given some of the comments and the fact that it’s in Nottingham - often hear the dad’s accent in the background when the iPads on too loud.And, other than by stalking, how do people know who loves in certain houses? I don't really see it as being in Ruddington, and I'd say Old road is as close as you can get to West Bridgford without actually being in WB. I drove past it when they had built it and it was (IMO) a nice, quiet location. I think it was up for sale at £1.5m before it sold. I like the house and it looked like reasonable value for what and where it was. Not many like it around this area (apart from what looks like a Huf style house currently being erected in Edwalton). I grew up in WB (Loughborough road - opposite WB Comprehensive) and parents still live there. It was a great place at the time but not sure I'd want to move back. I certainly wouldn't want to spunk £1m+ to live in WB.Owner is a nice chap who I'd not seen for a long time, until the daughter was watching his vid/s on YouTube! Teeeeearrrrrrnnnnnnaaaa. Best of luck to them, they have done extremely well out of YouTube.
Anyone for cricket? Not sure what I'd do with a cricket pitch short of renting it out to the local cricket team, but I like this place for the grounds and woodland alone. The house isn't especially wow, but the location and setting works for me.

I know this house, in my home town. The only down side IMO, is that has housing built up around it. But I wouldn't care, I think it's lovely
