No garage.

Not sure I could live without a garage - in fact I know I couldn't.
The one I posted?

Not the foggiest, unless I'm missing something obvious?

It's not an easy one. You really need to have kids (preferably between the ages of 2-10) to get this one smile

Think YouTube

Ruddington is an odd spot for a blingy house like that, good transport links, but I can't see much further appeal? I'd more expect it in somewhere like West Bridgford or Beeston.

Looks like it, shows how much money can be made from putting up crap on YouTube. My youngest son always ends up watching it.

Assume there's other source of income too.

So given that three people know who he is, can we assume 'celebrity' wasan exaggeration?

And, other than by stalking, how do people know who loves in certain houses? And why do they care?

Wouldn’t say celebrity, but others may disagree given the number of hits/ subscribers on YouTube. I only worked it out given some of the comments and the fact that it’s in Nottingham - often hear the dad’s accent in the background when the iPads on too loud.

I don't really see it as being in Ruddington, and I'd say Old road is as close as you can get to West Bridgford without actually being in WB. I drove past it when they had built it and it was (IMO) a nice, quiet location. I think it was up for sale at £1.5m before it sold. I like the house and it looked like reasonable value for what and where it was. Not many like it around this area (apart from what looks like a Huf style house currently being erected in Edwalton). I grew up in WB (Loughborough road - opposite WB Comprehensive) and parents still live there. It was a great place at the time but not sure I'd want to move back. I certainly wouldn't want to spunk £1m+ to live in WB.

Owner is a nice chap who I'd not seen for a long time, until the daughter was watching his vid/s on YouTube! Teeeeearrrrrrnnnnnnaaaa. Best of luck to them, they have done extremely well out of YouTube.

Anyone for cricket? Not sure what I'd do with a cricket pitch short of renting it out to the local cricket team, but I like this place for the grounds and woodland alone. The house isn't especially wow, but the location and setting works for me.

You're guaranteed your place in the team and pick of the batting order.

My house has a share of a cricket pitch, which is nice.

I know this house, in my home town. The only down side IMO, is that has housing built up around it. But I wouldn't care, I think it's lovely
