How close to Langer aerodrome is it? As one of the biggest drop zones for parachute training in the country, (I think) I'd probably find it interesting having them drop on the lawn. Not that I'd lay out a massive X on the lawn to encourage them or anything...

I grew up in 4 Park Road between 1983 and 1996 and our garden backed onto the land on which those houses (there's a pair) were eventually built. It was an overgrown garden that was accessed (rented from the council perhaps, don't think it was owned) by 2 Park Road. So where I used to dig holes, climb trees and play with the neighbours children there's now just expensive minimalist sterility.

With only nine photos on a £5.250,000 house am guessing the owners thought little of it too.

The garaging is useful but I'd struggle to see that at anywhere near 2 mill. I can't see much special about the area, nice enough but no premium really.
