^ and right next door to a busy pub / restaurant, with delivery and car park access running along the boundary. Hopefully the thick stone wall and extensive planting will muffle the noise of reversing beepers etc.

Lovely in a gorgeous village.

Owned by a Pher from whom I have bought a car! Lovely man, lovely family, lovely house. Wonder why it is up for sale?
