What have you got against traditional roofs and practitioners of the ancient art?
Exactly, what a weird thing to say.

I suspect there's a chippy Northern thing going on, possibly - as is often the case - from a poster too young to have experienced what he's supposed to be outraged about.

Anyway, back to houses ...

Chippy northerner here from t poor mining village watched it all go down from cops attacking innocent people to being Verbally abused myself by them just walking to school. Family of coal miners and even I think it’s stupid.

Daft money for what is a £300-400k house anywhere outside the London bubble.

It's got to be a County Durham thing, glass interior doors.

My mates had a house just up the road from this one in Consett, every interior door was glazed. Including the bathroom one, which lead off the kitchen. They did have some very good privacy film on them, but I still always found it weird sitting on the stter seeing shadows of people moving past in the kitchen.

The thing I also just noticed... there are 5 key selling features listed …. one is a burglar alarm!

I know someone who did this. It started with a 1/2 glazed door from the living room to a light starved hallway (fair enough) then decided the rest of the doors should match!

Someone will probably point out the massive neighbouring mushroom farm at the bottom of the garden, but it's a lovely house, and only a couple of miles from Prescott hill if that's your thing.

You may be right, personally, having lived through the Thatcher years, and being neither a fan, nor a hater of her, I’d live in Boulevard Pol Pot, or Rue de McDonnell, if the house suited me.
Of course, I’d rather the house was in Toulouse or Perpignan, than Doncaster, or Rotherham, hurl

Lovely house (I do like a nice ha-ha) but mushroom farms absolutely stink so I'd be carefully looking (and smelling) at that before I parted with £4m+ of my hard earned.

I quite like this (was only looking in my local area) and if you can put up with living next door to Michael Owen it seems pretty good value too.
