Someone will probably point out the massive neighbouring mushroom farm at the bottom of the garden, but it's a lovely house, and only a couple of miles from Prescott hill if that's your thing.
Sweet-i love mushrooms. sautéed mushrooms, broiled mushrooms, baked mushrooms
Lovely house (I do like a nice ha-ha) but mushroom farms absolutely stink so I'd be carefully looking (and smelling) at that before I parted with £4m+ of my hard earned.
Don’t care. I think of all the houses posted on here that is my absolute favourite.

42 acres too.

I was visiting relatives in Waddington, near Clitheroe over the weekend. A beautiful part of the country.

Anyhow they mentioned that the Old Hall was up for sale. Pricey at £4.25m but what a place, and the history of it!

Not a fan of the architecture, but I agree the interior is very well finished indeed. I've decided that I too would like a meditation room too. I'll add it to the list.

Nice old property except the conservatory - totally inappropriate.

Oh I don't need a special room for that... I'm not picky.

Maybe not, but imagine if it was floor to ceiling glass, and immediately above the front door!

Not overlooked laugh

Big too!

£3M

What's the catch? Middle of nowhere?
That is one of the least characterful properties that's been posted on here. It's basically a big dormer bungalow in a field.
That could just be the worst multi-million pound property ever posted in the 3 volumes of this thread. There is literally nothing to like about it. Bravo!

I have to agree. Looks like the something Michael Carroll would build if he didn’t blow his money on bangers and gold lol

A lot newer, and smaller, than it at first appears, but very well done in a quirky converted folly way.

Bar some cosmetics I am really struggling to find something not to like about this.

Extensive outbuildings, bit of land, golf course, cottages and a gate lodge.

https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prop...

Does not seem expensive.
There’s not a lot to dislike about the house, grounds, outbuildings etc. shame it’s between shorpe and grimsby.
There are some nice areas around there. If you ignore those two places it’s pretty much just countryside

Love it. Me and my dogs would be very happy there.
