Possibly a bit too close to the A720 Edinburgh Bypass and some errr "Interesting" decorating choices but seems a reasonable price given size and history.

Honestly, if I didn't have kids going through school at the moment, etc, I could up sticks and move to that in a breathe. I assume the weather isn't quite normally as reflected in the pictures, but that is simply a great home for the right person at a very reasonable price.
Bit of freelance work to pay the bills, walks with the dog, your own boat for a bit of fun.
Are you saying I’m a burden dad? Bit of freelance work to pay the bills, walks with the dog, your own boat for a bit of fun.
Having just returned from a holiday in Ireland, I think that place could be pretty bloody bleak in winter.

When its sunny it’s glorious especially down on the south west coast, but god damn it’s rare.
It’s the ‘emerald isle’ for a reason!
Nice Scottish Castle. Too bad the grounds are so small (relatively).

Also not only is there an engineering company at the bottom of the drive , but it appears to have some sort of grass motor track just next to the property. Cant imagine this will go for anywhere near the asking....
