This one needs a fair bit of updating but it's located in one of my favourite parts of the world

Agree, Banbury's well on the march in that direction.

The Roseland Peninsula is just gorgeous.

That house isn't spectacular, this would do me:

Although random scenery pictures in the listing are annoying, and disturb the flow through the pics...

40 acres of building land might make the swallowing more palatable smile

I bet the man who lives there sits around a lot and thinks vacuous thoughts.

The bedroom ceiling isn't cliched at all though hehe

I think I've spent a year on holiday in that very village, to date.

Think it was Andy Carroll who was mentioned before.
It was always going to be a footballer with that interior!

You lucky thing. Trying to persuade Mrs SB to go back but our last holiday there was a washout and has tainted her view of it, whereas 've been going since I was a kid so have lots of happy memories.

All I need is a Millionaire Matchmaker ticket to come good and I would be down there in a shot.

Clearly a house for those with a marked colour deficiency. Generally hideous.

I suppose we're still waiting for colour photography to be invented.

Yes. Another footballist, in a really st location. Unless you work at a football club in Birmingham, that is.
