It's a bit too conflicted style wise for my tastes.
Road looks busy and there's a block of flats opposite.

If you are local and love the area. Perhaps, but it's far from pawn IMO

Look at the timber vaulted ceiling in the lounge though ...

Beautiful house - interior is a bit much but loads of space for the money.

Lovely property, shame it doesn't appear to come with all the manicured land seemingly surrounding it on the map.

Funny you say that (and I thought the same about some of those rooms), as it's the work on an interior designer: Local Rag Property Section

This is rather lovely, and seems good value for near london/Gatwick

Aside from the wood lined hallway. I like it.
Funnily, that's the only bit of it I like, but we're all different!

I like this Georgian place in Woburn an awful lot

I'd spend a lot of time in this breakfast room looking out onto the garden pretending to work

That's rather pleasant.

We looked at something similar in Honiton a few years ago, they only wanted £250k for it. Streetview:

The problem was that it needed EVERYTHING doing to it, and probably still does. It also has no garden, parking, land or anything with it.

There’s two cars undercover, the further one looks far more exotic in shape.

But I'm a sucker for unusual buildings.

Rather than that 95% the old country houses/mansions we see on this thread.

We live in 2020 soon. Lets have some architecture and homes that are less than 100 years old! Old homes are ste! biggrin
Like the design, form and scale of the building but the interior is awfully clinical
Concur.

Needs breaking up in places with colour / texture but otherwise pretty much bang on for me. Wife would hate it...

You mean, apart from the terraced garden and a carport accessed via driveway owned by a neighbour?

You might be right actually, it was about 6 years ago we viewed it. Do you know the property?

Perhaps it did have a small garden up the back, not in anyway attached to the house. I'm sure that as soon as you stepped out the back door you were on to someone else's property, and out the front door was straight onto the high street.

Looking at a satellite image, getting to the garden out the back with a vehicle looks impossible. Anyhow, the Woburn property is gorgeous!
