Frome's pretty fashionable these days too.
I like that and I like Frome and the surroundings. It's never the most expensive place so that seems a little ott at that price but the kitchen I could live in very happily.
I like that a lot. Comfy house and a lovely garden to laze around in, occasionally tending your vegetable garden.

All you need really. Some good walking by the river there to Mells which is a nice little village with an excellent pub.

Following on from the Frome place this looks somewhere I could live in.
If I'd spent the money we did back in the day in London not where we are we could have bought this now! (we'd have had to live in London for 15 yrs though)

I rather like this. Wants for decor changes, but so what. Picture 19 has great garage potential!

Mental. Looks like a spaceship inside too!

I like it, but I wouldn't want to own or live in it

I definitely wouldn't't like to live there - however, it's on the market for $100M, so I wouldn't mind owning it.......

Hi mate, Happy Christmas to you and Sarah!

That is not far from me. Nice looking house and 18 acres of land, but with 4 bedrooms (2 being quite small) and Grade II listing making the work needing to bring it up to spec I cant see how it is worth £1.75m.

If it is I have seriously underestimated the value of my own gaff! biggrin

And to you and your daughter too! Not knowing the exact area I couldn't comment on the house values, I just thought it a pretty little pad. And I did wonder if yours maybe a bit more than you suggested, get an estate agent out.

We were your way last week collecting a cockerel, Redmile.

You must have drove past me as Redmile is just up the road.

Good to hear you are progressing with The Good Life! smile

I agree it is lovely, but needs quite a bit doing internally IMHO. Not bothered about getting an Estate Agent out as I have no plans on ever selling, so value is immaterial really.

Cheers!

I know nearly all the architects who worked on that villa... It could have been more interesting but when you get a bottomless pocket client who also likes bling-bling, things go otherway I guess.. She (Zaha) mentioned before she died, the owner wanted to chase his ex girlfriend (Naomi Campbell) in that house, so that's why he built a tower on top, not only watch the massive trees around. hehe

I think the house also quite close to Putin's own house, and the owner were quite close friends...
