650k is alot of cash i dont care how big and fancy the outside looks.

this actually belongs on both prawn and nightmare threads.On the face of it it's lovely, in a park and not dreadfully priced - however pic 16 hides a fking horribly busy junction. I suspect that unless you like constant noise and fumes sitting in the garden would be a complete no-no
