Wonder if you can get that water wheel generating electricity.

I two like the building and outbuildings but for me the land and seclusion.

Dogs would be very happy but dirty in that river all day

An interesting idea. And yeah, true, but even if they'd be messy they'd have fun (and exercised - I'd imagine Australian cattle dogs take some tiring!)

And are those dehumidifiers in one of the pictures?

this actually belongs on both prawn and nightmare threads. On the face of it it's lovely, in a park and not dreadfully priced - however pic 16 hides a fking horribly busy junction. I suspect that unless you like constant noise and fumes sitting in the garden would be a complete no-no frown

This is a bit low on the ceiling height for me, and a bit high on the price, but it may appeal here:

Nice collection of vernacular buildings, but for some inexplicable reason I have an real hatred of thatched roofs.

I think they're fan heaters. Big ceilings are great, but remember where all the hot air ends up...

Also I expect the service charges will be horse-choking...

'hatred'??? very strong. Did a thatched roof steal your pocket money when you were but a boy?

£1.6M in Norwich - not exactly a big market - I'm sure you can figure out from those pics whether it's worth a viewing or not wink

Not really. If all the bathrooms are not to my taste I wouldn't view it. Bedroom decor is easily changed, but new bathrooms are a large expense.
