Anyone used a concrete floor grinder?
Discussion
I am getting a small industrial unit soon, and it has a lovely newly laid concrete floor.
However, initially I am going to carpet tile it and am a tad worried it will be too lumpy.
I dont think it needs to be super smooth, like it would have to be for vinyl, so I was wondering if a concrete floor grinder would get it smooth enough for carpet tiles?
Anyone used one?
Thanks

Self levelling is a good shout. I was just a bit concerned that it is difficult to apply?
I am on a tight budget, so would like to do as much as possible myself.
Latex self leveling compound, a monkey could spread it.Self levelling is a good shout. I was just a bit concerned that it is difficult to apply?

Mix the 2 parts together, tip the lot over the floor, roll over with spiked roller, walk away for 24 hours.
Plus seals the surface , unlike concrete so less dust.
