looks incredible, do you have many issues with tree clutter dropping down onto the roof/outside areas at certain times of the year? couldn't see what trees were very close by.
It’s in a beech plantation so they are all 80 year old beeches.Don’t know yet, it’s only been built for about 7 days lol, ask me in a year!

Went to book this as I loved reading the build thread but availability is um.....challenging. Easier to get into The Fat Duck. Well done on the success and all that. Well deserved. I hate to say it but can you build another please?
Thanks a lot! Number 2 is being built tail end of 19, so should be up and running in 2020!RichTT said:
I'm stunned by how nicely it's turned out.
I am very curious though on the Return on Investment for a place like this? How long before you're turning a true profit vs initial and running costs?
Well, that would be telling, but to be honest this was more of a lifestyle change decision than a business decision, we had the savings from a previous house investment/sale, wanted to stop the daily grind, start a family and live off the land, so the income from this, and soon to be another is doing exactly that I am very curious though on the Return on Investment for a place like this? How long before you're turning a true profit vs initial and running costs?
