Open plan on deeds..... fence erecting?
Discussion
not enjoyed a thread like this for a while.
I live in an open plan area, we're relatively new houses where there are some houses a few doors down been around 40 years more, they arent open plan.
Me and the next door neighbour have hedges, which aren't allowed. There before we bought it, all drives are seperated by grass, essentially everybody uses the house to the rights grass to get out the car.
Guy sounds like a prick, concrete your property and thank him for starting the digging.
Then get some frozen sausages for his lawn.
Looking forward to seeing his latest creation though, remember wood burns...

Wait for him to erect it, then paint it bright orange from your side...
Ensuring it’s slipped on and it seeps through all the holes and of course be liberal on the top - you can never put too much on. Oh and balance the pot on the fence whilst doing it, and drips or falls will go onto his drive/grass. Do it wearing shades sipping tennants super and if he curtain twitches hold a long smirk in his direction.

Your neighbour cuts his lawn better than you wink wink. he can extend that fence all the way to the pavement at 2 metres high as long as;
A) the 2 metres nearest the front boundary are dropped to 1 metre in height.
B) it is built on his land,if you contest it, be warned lots of money and hard to prove
covenants are out of date and cost a fortune to enforce only by the original developer ( who is probably no longer around)
fence attached to your garage, well its petty done and dusted now,
you could also extend the front fence under the same rules i.e.on your land etc.
think you may have pissed him when passengers have been exiting your cars, I can see his point.- sorry

Poor effort. I do a bit of fencing occasionally, if he needs help erecting it, I may be able to pop over and give him a hand. HTH. Hammer67 said:
