You'll all look pretty stupid when OP posts back with his fence sorted (probably by legal means) which can take a while.
Well, he's had a fortnight now. Probably rotting away under his neighbours new patio by now.

The OP is Danskoda and looking back he hasn't posted since 13th June?

I heard Danskoda and his neighbour are actually getting on quite well nowProbably rotting away under his neighbours new patio by now.
Infact they even had a bbq together

Romour has it, since he never made a fuss about loosing his land the neighbour also took his wife and Christmas tree. Now the ops in a travel inn with no Wi-Fi hence no update? Only logical explanation.
I think the neighbour has also bulldozed the OP's house and claimed the land as his garden.American iv said:
Do you think we'll ever get a resolution to this thread?
Maybe but generally with these types of thread the OP seems to never have a serious intent in regards to a resolution in their favour which is almost certainly linked to why the tool of a neighbour is emboldened in the first instance to do their nefarious land grab. This particular fence fiasco seemed the most cut and dried in the OP’s favour of all of the ones last year so it seems implausible that it was not resolved correctly. I certainly hope it was.
