Fire retardant expandable foam.

Spray into some basic cardboard boxes to contain and give a basic shape. Then carve with a bread knife and paint. Done.

Could also run cables for lighting etc in it with ease.

Looked up today it says create a rock formation using a wire mesh then use expanding foam so I have an idea of what I’m going to do

Going to build the bed in the garage whilst his bedroom gets it’s ceiling and carpet done,

Could maybe use something like this if you dont want to do all the walls, or maybe use them to wrap over your foam rocks instead of paint but not sure how that would look
