I've been tracking my average usage / cost pKwH this month (first full month of being on the Agile tariff).

The baseline kWh is the flat rate that my previous supplier (Bulb) were charging me:

Usage has dropped off a cliff the last two days as my wife is away with the kids so no car charging or Xbox/washing machine running.

Anyone had any luck in getting octopus to fit a smart meter?
Customer sevice are non committal!
And take a week to respond each time asking stupid questions like is this at your home address?

.. Been trying to get a date for 2 months so far...

I guess all the installers are still furloughed?
Mine was installed a couple of weeks ago.

Anyone running 3 Phase and got anything more out of Octopus other than 'We aren't doing 3 Phase smart meters at this current time'?

Playing virtual poker with some mates and we got onto energy providers (exciting, I know!). Anyhow, I've compared Octopus to Pure Planet and seems I could save some dollar.

Anyway, here's my table, kind of thing you guys like

Edit: sorry for the missing "£-" in 2 cells, I feel I've let you down.

They did mine yesterday - phoning up was much more successful than emailing. Came with in a week. But only one slot available
Need to get some data out of the smart meter to see if agile or go makes most sense

i found "outfox the market" miles cheaper than all of them, they have great customer service too, even rang me up when a new cheaper tarrif was available!

BUT NO smart meters or meter readers, its up to you to submit to avoid estimated bills

I swapped to them just before lockdown and I’m still waiting for my smartmeter despite chasing them several times - which they do reply with excuses

Same boat here. Friend of mine recommended a weekly call. He found he was bumped up the queue that way just to get rid of hon, which is an interesting way to run a workbook...

Just because you joined Octopus doesn't mean you're entitled to a smart charger!

2/5 customer service score on Which? and I know a bunch of EV owners had huge switching issues with them. Avoid.

I specifically joined for their agile tarrif and had email conversations around the technical details before swapping to them. They say i’m the list, but clearly i’m at the bottom of it - so I will start calling them

I don’t know why it’s so bad tomorrow. It’s been windy, it’s been sunny, so what gives?

Wind speeds are only 6mph tomorrow. Likely to be high cloud coverage too. And peak demand is upto 35GW last week.

Don't worry, Tuesday is 30mph gusting to 60.
