Our doors are about 4 years old now and need a bit of tlc. They’re south facing and quite exposed.

The sill has a few dark patches now, the doors themselves are OK except for the lower rails(?)

I have a tin of Osmo UV 420 which I guess I can finish with, but what about removing the dark stains etc?

You'll do well to get the dark stains out.
It can be done with lime or bleach but without a test piece to try on you'll be taking a gamble!

I'd rub it back as much as possible without causing a dip in the wood, then keep on top of it from then on.

Cheers - will try rubbing it back a small amount,, it’s only on the areas that get foot traffic, kids etc

So for the rest of it, do I just go straight over the existing with one coat of the Osmo oil?

Why didn’t I do this a month ago spin

Yep, a light key with 240 and put the top coat on.
