Q: How is this used to remove egg shell top?
A: Don't know I haven't received it yet

It genuinely is a tool in search of a problem. If you can't crack an egg without a special tool you probably aren't competent to cook anything which requires eggs in the first place.
Besides, if you're crap at separating eggs the easier way is to use a soft drink bottle to suck up the yolk.

I've been looking for over a year for the lidl heavy duty cordless impact wrench (not the £20 impact driver that pops up every couple of months).
I borrowed one to undo a flywheel bolt that was torqued up to 500nm and couldn't be undone with a breaker bar and scaffolding, my Ryobi 1+ failed miserably even though they are meant to have the same amount of torque the lidl one is far more hefty.
For some reason they crop up in the Ireland stores regularly but not the ones in England

When my one of these broke (through mistreatment) I had to buy a replacement, such a useful tool.Bosch IXO Cordless Lithium-Ion Screwdriver with 3.6 V Battery, 1.5 Ah

Agreed, and a lot of power for a little pistol-grip electric screwdriver!Edited by Craikeybaby on Monday 29th April 16:27
Mine may have been mentioned already - the Stanley 85-610. Combination of mole grips and an adjustable spanner. I have three pairs now - no nut or bolt can escape them!

I had a little 3.6V driver a while back and it was pretty weak, too the extent that it was useless.

What's the advantage over a combi drill?

I had one years ago that was pretty good.....lighter than your regular Combi drill, great if you have a bunch of flatpack-type screwdriving to do.I had a little 3.6V driver a while back and it was pretty weak, too the extent that it was useless.
Now I come to think of it, I can’t remember what happened to mine....battery probably faded away....

What ? How? There's something satisfying about seeing the perfect egg (it's not as easy as made out though).
Also - try using it on both the top and bottom of the egg, then eat the middle out. You end up with a perfect band of eggshell
