Yes, I was. Obviously the gas usage went up during the very cold weather but I've been reading the meter since the last bill and the usage is way down now so unless it gets very cold again it's going to stay low.
I’ve had that before, their system didn’t seem to take account of the government support. A polite but firm email to them got it sorted.As an aside I got the alternative fuel payment through today as we have no gas here and most use oil or a wood burner (like myself) as running the electric heating much would bankrupt us.

Been getting them as well. Ignored them. On Mother in Laws house, the gas meter is too far away from wherever to get a reading, so just electric is read. Had mine fitted last week, only took a couple of hours. We've been moved... Might even consider a smart meter!!
I've been in the queue for a bulb one for 6 months or so now, they're still installing them, demand just ramped up when the crisis hit I think. Hopefully Octopus will carry the queue over and not make me go to the back of the line again.
