Not sure my move to Octopus has gone smoothly. The bill for the last week was £100 instead of the usual £60 or so. During this week the oven has been broken so if anything was expecting a reduction. I suspect the meter and display aren't quite playing nicely and the night rate is shown as full rate, will speak to them later

However, it appears that the good lady has deleted the email informing her of this and how to set up the octopus account. Bloody useless!!

Should be able to log in to Octo using Bulb details.....

To follow up on this it seems that the smart meter display and intelligent Octopus don't work together so all use is shown at the peak rate rather than the display tracking cheap rate periods througout the day. Advice is to put the display in a drawer in the hope one day it will be fixed.

Are they taking your readings from the smart meter though? Or is the display telling you that you're using £xx too much over your real bill?

Readings / bill is correct, it is the bit on the smart display that does the Units used x cost per unit maths that is on the skew.
