why on earth is any sad pathetic little person trying to bellitle anyone who lives in a cheaper area of the country, at least i have plenty of disposible income and im not mortgaged up to the eyeballs.
Because a lot of them like to pretend that’s what they put down on their latest hypercar, which has now trebled in value and allowed them to add a third wing to their country estate, whilst maintaining their London residence for evenings at the theatre.

Yep true. But reduce the search area and your choice reduces dramatically.

Christ on a bike. How many times?

The idea was set as a challenge to you at 40 miles. Why 40 miles? Firstly that’s the maximum that Rightmove allows, secondly selecting the top 10 cities in the country and a 40 mile radius will encompass the majority of the country.

Once again. Nobody has said you can buy a house for £120k in every city in the country. We have said that you can get a house for £120k in the majority of the country, which has been proven many times over on this thread.

Stop trying to change the criteria that was clearly laid out and been quoted several times.

I have spent years. Occasionally looking for a 2 bed cottage with a garage and a sea view anywhere in the UK for 120k and it does not exist.
.
Currently in the process of buying a Victorian Terrace with restricted on street parking, in a Staffordshire town and a view of a main road and a new build infill for alot more.

Oh, why do I need to live smack dab in the middle of that hole in the SE. Everything around here is such a rip-off. But if where family and business are.
