Best Patio Cleaner / Dirt Remover?
Discussion
I used the Smartseal product in the pictures above and though it did a good job of cleaning the patio, it didn't completely shift the black spot.
Based on various PH threads I bought some Sodium Hypochlorite 15% and this did a better job of getting rid of the black spot. One season later and the areas I used it are distinctly cleaner than the rest. Intend to give the whole patio a dose this season.

once youve got it decent with the sodium hypo , just go over it with cheap bleach once or twice a year to maintain it , supermarket 40p stuff keeps it nice Based on various PH threads I bought some Sodium Hypochlorite 15% and this did a better job of getting rid of the black spot.
