On the German holiday island of Sylt, up north near the Danish border. It’s a “POA” type place, but I’m guessing about ten million Euro, seeing the prices of similar Sylt properties.

That looks suspiciously like halb ein haus - the twin sets of steps and fencing down the middle suggests you get one side of that. No floorplan as far as I can see to confirm though.

I noticed that as well - it definitely looks like two sets of separate entrances, but GF (who is German) said the advert was for the whole property. BOGOF... there are a few adverts for new build semis elsewhere, either buying just one or both of the pair.

It is very tall and the bottom half does look like a car park

The decor is a bit monochrome, but it is different, and I rather like it.

I totally agree. Given it’s on the cliff edge unless I was on my boat, I wouldn’t see the car park aesthetics

Tell the gardeners not to cut the ivy and it would soon merge into the landscape.

34,000 sq ft of fairly typical oligarch style in NW London, but I rather liked the "snow room" (pic 9 on the link), for those summer days when sir just misses Siberia a little too much.

it is a little monochrome - but I really like it... it's only a shame that it's almost 7mil over budget hehe
