Lovely part of the world and hidden away enough not to feel overrun in the busy summer season.

Having another look, there's bungalow overlooking it with no fence but that could be sorted.
Pub next door which I've been to. It was very rustic smile
Yes, that's rather nice.

You could even go and have a coffee with Sidekickdmr - sure his retreat business is very near there.

Perfect example of decorating after watching far too many daytime shows emphasising contrasting colours to create 'interest'.

Or maybe they just fancied it? You know, personal taste and all that?

Regardless, I like it it. I'd re-paint the blue wall, but everything else I could live with quite happily.

Surely the whole thread’s about personal taste, interior and exterior?

fatbutt was suggesting the colours were a classic example of them decorating after being influenced by too many daytime TV shows.

I was merely pointing out that their choice of colours could just as easily be down to their own tastes and just because they fancied it.

Lee valley is lovely. Just a shame about the abandoned hotel that makes the waterfront area such an eyesore, although residents seem to reject any proposal to redevelop. (picture used here makes it look almost appealing when it really isn't) https://www.northdevongazette.co.uk/news/lee-bay-h...

"Joint Sole Agent"?

I'm not sure that a triple is "garaging for many cars", either.

Yes, was all going fine until we got inside.
How much to re-decor the inside - Maybe another mil or two? Small change related to the purchase price.
