There's a nice surprise in the garage pictures!
I'm generally not a fan of those types of properties, but there's a lot to like about that place. There's a nice surprise in the garage pictures!

I like that too. I'm not sure the picture of the knife drawer adds much value for the prospective purchaser though.
Agreed. It's a lifestyle pic, isn't it!CharlesdeGaulle said:

xactly. As it is you have a lengthy walk down loads of steps with your weekly shop in the pouring rain! Might look all very nice but not at all functional. As a side issue, where did the mill race once go? Presumably under the mill but one would expect a mill to have some evidence of a stream yet there is none. All very odd to me.
The mill race is still visible in the map view, but there's no trace of it on the satellite photo. It looks like the mill race went through the middle of the building, and they've reused the space for the indoor pool.CharlesdeGaulle said:

Problem is there are two huge new build estates growing towards it, unless you own all the land you may find yourself surrounded by Taylor Whimpeys finest.
I haven’t been down the road past Lighthorne and Gaydon in ages so wasn’t aware of the new builds. I’m not surprised though. Stratford and Warwick have expanded hugely in the last few years.Gassing Station | Homes, Gardens and DIY | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
