Wrong link perhaps - that is literally a 'historic house' listing!
Modern House are an estate agency, they also own Indigo (who specialise in older houses) - they're both AWFUL for over egging properties which are a bit quirky.

You must have a similar saved search to me as I just saw that - Farnham + 20 miles min £1m hehe

https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/119427557#/... - this also popped up, pretty pleasant outlook.

Obviously it's a Modern House listing so it'll be 25% too expensive, but it's quite the place, needs a pool.

Was looking at this very place just now. For 5M, isn't it a very poor listing. The FP is barely readable. But def has potential.

Listed though - which might prove a pain.
Hopefully the listed status will deter footballists or powerfully-built company directors with greige and mood lighting-obsessed ‘interior designers’ with B&Q loyalty cards

Grade 2* listed too:

Plenty of garaging though Mrs will veto this based on the glass floor on the landing.

At least a lot of the original period cornicing, architrave, skirtings, dados etc appear to have been retained .

That's the kind of house I'd imagine someone like Gordon Murray or Ron Dennis to live in.

Not everyone’s cup of tea I know as it’s enormous, but it’s definitely pawn. Nice garaging too.

But according to the floorlplans, three of them are 'stores' at less than 4.5m deep.
