Does absolutely nothing for me whatsoever. Zilch.

I do like certain elements, but overall? Leaves me utterly cold.

I know what you mean - it's impressive for sure but not for me (even allowing for the lack of 49mil), that said it's not a nightmare either...

There's aspects about the design/architecture I really like, but other parts just monstrous.... and their furniture choice ruins it

I have a friend who works as a EA to a mega superstar.... utter knob.... "I WANT A WALL THAT LIFTS UP AND REVEALS A SWIMMING POOL AND A WATERFALL, AND MOOD LIGHTS THAT KNOW WHAT MY MOOD IS AND PLAY MY HIT SONGS WHEN I WALK IN THE ROOM - I DON'T CARE HOW IMPOSSIBLE IT IS, - - - - - - AND I WANT IT NEXT WEEK - - - - I DON'T WANT TO KNOW THE BUILDERS ARE IN THE HOUSE ..... JUST MAKE IT HAPPEN"

Sounds like the talk track for any program on John Caudwell I've ever watched that involved his property monstrosity in London.
