That Kubota looks like an excellent tractor and a good size too, is it two or four wheel drive?

Tractors used for mowing/groundscare are usually in really good nick, they aren’t flogged into the ground and there is an expectation that equipment is well looked after and presentable.

Very nice Tractor and the loader has lots of capacity. Appreciate the thread update as many times these things get left
He'll post in a week's time when he takes out his first gatepost with the loader. We've all been there. hehe
Yes, but have you ever left the door open when going through a gate?
Not yet but I have plenty of time left to make that mistake

The tractor is 4wd which is useful with the loader which is joystick operated. Getting the hang of it and yes I can guarantee that at some point I will whallop a gate post or the top of the shed door! Just looked at the price of the rears - that was an eye opener! I thought tires on the Range Rover were bad enough!

I’m going to be looking for a set of rear wheels with agri tires to switch over when I need a bit more grip. Got a list of little things to sort out but nothing major has played up yet. Just got an owners manual delivered and a couple of spare ignition keys ( I will loose one!)

If anyone is on the lookout for a compact I would recommend James down at Beckside Machinery, in Market Rassen. Nice bloke and has a decent selection of stuff which turns over pretty quickly.

Need some advice! My wife and I have a small farm. We have little experience in agriculture. Recently we decided to expand it and even searched for land for purchase. However, we faced the issue with financial calculations.

I'm not clear what your question is so let me ask a few questions:
- what farming are you doing?
- Is it a hobby or a business?
- Are you looking to buy or rent?
- Do you know what the land is e.g. clay, well drained?
- any rights of way/other issues?
- What do you specifically want to do with the land?
- Any buildings or do you need any?

I think you are looking at a financial question but a little more detail may help responses

Or spam? Certainly appears not to make sense as a question!
