My daughter bought a new build 3 bed detached and has lived in it less than 18 months. Same house but without detached garage is now 400k from the builder same estate.

It’s mental.

I think to show the difference in 18 months you may need to disclose her purchase price!

Supply still seems very low for desirable propertyh and demand high and I can't see a small interest rate increase changing that. I booked a viewing last week but viewing was cancelled as seller received an exceptional offer, must have been on Rightmove a total of 2 days.
