That pulpit is ideal for setting up the decks on.

I seem to have a thing about chalets in Wales.

Feel the value here.

If you can.

That does look pretty st tbh.

What's the holiday rental income like?

I recently sold an inherited residential park home. Talking to the agent he told me he'd just sold one in local village. The site regularly flooded, albeit the homes were all on floats.

The purchaser didn't give a monkeys, he was dying and just wanted to spend the last few yrs fishing.

3 YEARS AND 9 MONTHS REMAINING ON THE LEASE WHICH WILL NOT BE RENEWED AFTER.

So you are renting a shed for £777 a month - what value!

Potential for some money to be made though? You could probably get £750 a week for that but it would be all sorts of hassle for not a huge reward

In other words a nicely updated property in quiet area for someone bland. Where do I sign?

I think I'd like a jack and Jill arrangement for the downstairs loo, and an outside door from the utility.

Gigantic window on supposed wine cellar. It went downhill from there quite quickly.

I can't see any value in that at all as the park doesn't allow sub-letting.

Not a terrible nightmare but I just thought this amusing.

Photo 2, lonely brown wood window. The only one in the house. Is white paint that expensive?

garden looks strange - looks like it partitioned (as if the farthest part doesn't belong to the house....)
