Agreed it deserves it's place but i love the front elevation

Just a shame it's got everything going against it. If you could pick it up and drop it in Sandal with a strong refurb budget it would be worth a fortune

It does say that it has an open plan kitchen/living space. Just omitted to mention that it's actually an open plan kitchen/living/stting space.

The virtual tour makes it all a lot more understandable. The "open plan loo" is actually a first floor utility room - cum - bathroom.

There's a certain amount of "not quite resolved yet" about it, but the layout would be good to live with (for me, at least) with a few changes.

The biggest problem is it is being marketed as a 3-bed when it simply is not.
