Then look at where in Wakey it is, have a look opposite on Streetview, mention of the swimming pool but no pics and zoom in on google maps to see the extension at the back and it instantly deserves a place on here. Sounds like an absolute nightmare.

Certainly, it needs gutting and £100k thrown at it.

Agreed it deserves it's place but i love the front elevation

Just a shame it's got everything going against it. If you could pick it up and drop it in Sandal with a strong refurb budget it would be worth a fortune

Streetview from 2008 onwards tells a really sad story I think frown

Needs pulling down, 2 pairs of new 3 story townhouses facing the park?

You have to see it to believe it, apparently.

I'm trying to work out if that's a fridge in the bathroom or a toilet in the kitchen? In either case, a beer on the bog is on order!

It does say that it has an open plan kitchen/living space. Just omitted to mention that it's actually an open plan kitchen/living/stting space.

The layout is somewhat explained by the fact that the front half seems to have been some sort of arts centre: https://www.visitbelvoir.co.uk/business/the-old-so...

Presumably it's an annexe for an ill or older relative. Not pleasant for a homebuyer, but sadly necessary sometimes.

No floorplan as a system has not yet been built which can handle the complexity!

The virtual tour makes it all a lot more understandable. The "open plan loo" is actually a first floor utility room - cum - bathroom.

There's a certain amount of "not quite resolved yet" about it, but the layout would be good to live with (for me, at least) with a few changes.

The biggest problem is it is being marketed as a 3-bed when it simply is not.
