Anyone fancy w house designed to look like a crab?

Presumably there a connection to crash fishing out of Montrose...

I actually rather like the interiors...

It's a bit of an odd layout with the conservatory connected to the master bedroom, but the upstairs does look rather nice. Quite a location they have worked the house into well.

Definitely more 'Grand Designs' than most of this thread, which is a bit more 'Homes Under the Hammer'.

Hard to work it out properly but I think I quite like that. Nice manageable size with a great plot to potter around in.

biggrin

Yes, I had to look at the layout plan and photos, trying to get my head round how to have a guest go from the dining area to the conservatory.

I reckon you'd get a bking in that house for taking the cushions off the sofas and putting them on the floor.

biggrin Anglesey is really lovely though - we holidayed there for the first time this summer and had a brilliant time. Wouldn't spend that money on a caravan there but it is a great place to be smile

On first glance it may not seem an obvious contender, but hear me out. Just down the road from my olds last house, for years it was a quaint little cottage requiring renovation. Now renovated, it's like a 14 year old lad who's discovered masturbation, and doesn't know when to stop. Extensions off extensions. Downstairs bedrooms (so likely for kids) off reception spaces (yeah, that'll help them sleep) and a downstairs shower room with all black tiles, meaning you'll need to steal some football ground floodlights to get it bright.

To me, a massive missed opportunity, and a mess.

Could be good for a roofing company who want to demonstrate every type of domestic roof and roof window that they do smile

The rear bedroom, ensuite and ‘utility’ must be a self contained rental/let of some sort?

Every room has a TV, aircon or normally both biggrin

That screams to me someone winning £250k on a scratchcard and spunking the lot at a local builder mate and Curry’s.
